Hands in service

      We have a number of self help projects like Paper beads which we use in making bags, Bangles, Necklaces, ear rings etc, African paintings, signposts, and general Art work to reduce unemployment problem, poverty, illiteracy, empowering vulnerable people and entire communities to defend their inalienable human rights, improving on the spiritual lives of vulnerable persons. we provide humanitarian assistance to the poor and needy through the funds raised from these projects. We have thousands of necklaces, paper bags, Bangles, ear rings, paintings that are ready for sale but we do not have people to buy them. Our appeal goes to every one who would like to see an orphan going to school, feeding and dressing up. A widow feeding and dressing up to buy from the numerous products we have. These product in the local market are so cheap that it cannot sustain the lives of these vulnerable people. Buy a product and save a life!

HANDS IN SERVICE is a church founded non profit making organization.We the members of HANDS IN SERVICE, in appreciation of  the common spiritual, moral and socio-economic problems in the community, deeply concerned about the enormous population of unreached, disadvantaged, underprivileged, indeed vulnerable persons regardless of religious differences;The mother church that natures spiritual & moral beings is Berea Christian Ministries. With the Headquarters in Kaberamaido district Eastern Uganda. Desirous with God’s guidance of coordinating the efforts and activities of the community in providing desired solutions to the said problems to serve under our motto “Diligence and Excellence”

We are open to volunteers and warmly welcome them.

As a volunteer in Uganda, you will help Pass on practical or academic
skills to vulnerable children, and improve their chances of finding
work. As a volunteer, you can help with vocational workshops, school
lessons, extra curricular activities, classroom building and raising
awareness of HIV /AID
